Jackett stresses importance of Boro game

MILLWALL boss Kenny Jackett has told fans tonight's home game against Middlesbrough is a key game in their battle against the drop.

The Lions host Tony Mowbray's play-off chasers, who are a point behind sixth-place Birmingham, at The Den tonight.

And Jackett is targetting 50 points this season - which means 19 from the last 15 games.

The manager said: "This is a key game. They are trying to break into the top six and they will be going for a win.

"We have struggled to score goals despite playing some very good football.

"It is important for us to put daylight between ourselves and the bottom three and a home game is a good opportunity to do that.

"They will come for a win too, so it should be a big occasion."
